The Pennsylvania Grotto Association meets twice yearly – once in April and once in October. The October meeting is designated as the “annual meeting” where officers are elected and installed. The April meeting is a termed the “additional meeting” where the interim business affairs of the organization are handled. In between meetings, the President and Secretary manage the affairs of the Association.

The Annual meeting of the PA Grotto Association will be at the Seven Springs Resort and Conference Center, in Champion, PA.
