The Pennsylvania Grotto Association meets twice yearly – once in the Spring and once in Fall. The Fall meeting is designated as the “annual meeting” where officers are elected and installed. The Spring meeting is a termed the “additional meeting” where the interim business affairs of the organization are handled. In between meetings, the President and Secretary manage the affairs of the Association.
